Bishop, Dr. Walter J. Carter III. is the Co-Founder of The Household of Faith Ministries, Inc.  He was born again and filled with the Holy Ghost at a very early age. Around the age of ten, he was called and chosen by God to be a vessel for His glory. Even as a young boy, God would often give him dreams and visions.  It was around that age that Bishop Carter first began ministering on the local radio station with his Pastor, spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As a skilled guitarist, Bishop Dr. Carter would play his guitar and sing at his local Church and also when he would minister on the radio. 

As the Co-Founder of The Household of Faith Ministries, Inc.  Bishop, Dr. Walter Carter has served God diligently and faithfully alongside his wife Apostle, Dr. Marcia Carter. 

He received his Doctorate from North Carolina College of Theology.  

Bishop delivers the Word of God with Power & Authority! He has a passion for marriages and has seen the restoration power of God heal many families.  

Together, Bishop & Apostle have been blessed with six children (In-Laws) & sixteen grands; Katina (Keon), Cierra, Shakale, Walter IV, Deon, Maurice (Detiaya).
